Practical Storage

With all the files I have, buying additional hard drives is just to expensive. I cannot rely on discs as these could be easily damaged. Labeling all my files is too tedious. Filing these can drive you nuts. Securing these files can lead to a major headache. One of my staff suggested a new alternative. There are sites online that offer backing up of files. For a very minimal fee, one can store his files in these sites. No more tedious work to label and categorize your files. Simply log in to your account and upload your files. Security is taken cared of the host. You can even allow access to these files to a select few. My staff showed me his account and how it works. I was very much impressed with the ease of its operation.

I was easily convinced. I can use this for my personal files as well as my company files. I searched the web for the different online backup ratings. I narrowed my choice to three. There were even some who offers free trial.  I'm definitely subscribing to one or two of these sites. This is a very practical alternative to very expensive drives.
