I love cars and tinkering with engines. My Dad used to have a service shop which he sold when he left for the States. I would spend my weekends in the shop observing repairs and restorations done on different cars. I was totally hooked. Our shop services the cars of an avid collector and I had a grand time seeing the exotic to some of the oldest cars you can imagine.
With the knowledge I gained, I would do minor repairs on my car. From tuning to replacement of basic parts. I love driving and did some drag racing in my younger days. I had to keep in step with the advancing technology and the only way is to get myself magazines. They have been a great help and had me thinking of how to make my car better.
With the prices of petrol going down, I just might be able to go ahead with my postponed project, turning my car into a speed demon.

Torasham, Thanks.
Gloria, Wow! You're only the second woman I've met that's inot cars.
I love cars as well. It's really addicting. Especially when buying aftermarket parts. There are too many choices. It's really fun to hear the music of the engine after a few upgrades. I remember the time I was so addicted I would drive in the middle of the night in an open highway. Just me and my baby (my car) to the limit! :) Best wishes on your car mate.
